Sadly, I am a diabetic. The salt continent can be a bit high. However, I do love the convenience esp for a busy day. It taste so yummy!! I only gave it a 4 star only because I wish it made in keto form.

Solid choice if you're looking for a quick low-carb meal. It heats up really well. Out of the handful I've had only one has had slightly gross chicken.

This is one of my go-to easy lunches when I am working to eat somewhat healthy. Occasionally I need a bit more protein, so add some white beans or chicken... the noodles are a perfect consistency, the chicken tender, and the sauce is not too strong.

Love the chicken and broccoli Alfredo without all the calories! I do usually add a bit of butter to give it some more flavor but it's really a great product

Great except for the after taste it leaves. It's very good though and filling. It's much better than other brands of the same...a step above the rest. It's not disappointing

The flavors are a bit bland but it's perfectly portioned. The calorie count on these are also great. Most meal are between 200-300 calories. These meals leave you feeling satisfied. Just have some garlic powder and extra seasoning on the side.

I love any noodle frozen product from Healthy Choice! Super low calorie and you leave the table feeling full and refreshed! The price is great, especially for what you get. After trying this my fridge will be stocked full!
