These are super low calories and they taste delicious. Its very filling as well. I try to always keep a few in my freezer and eat them at least once a week. Its fast and easy for lunch or for dinner.

I eat this frozen meal occasionally for lunch when I need something quick and easy. I only give three stars because sometimes the chicken seems rubbery and I have add extra seasoning to make it more flavorful.
