The Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was delicious! I would not say that there was any Alfredo sauce in this. At least not a lot, it seemed more like water from the juice of the chicken. Aside from that it really steamed the broccoli well. It was soft and the chicken had a good flavor to it. Easily one of the quickest, healthy meals I have found. It also is fairly low on net carbs at 4g for the entire bowl. I really recommend this!

First, I thought the food was excellent. The broccoli was tender as was the chicken, and there was plenty of sauce (although it was a little too watery) The problem with this product is the packaging. You get a fairly thick plastic bowl on top of which sits a steamer basket made of the same plastic. I'm not sure if it is recyclable, but I don't have access to such facilities where I live, and it just seems to be very excessive. After I get through the other varieties of Simply Steamers I purchased, I won't be buying more. Very disappointing because it was a very good and healthy meal.

Nice for a quick healthy meal when you don't have time to prep and cook a whole me. Especially helpful for those who are eating a different type of diet compared to the rest of their family. I would definitely buy this again to stow away for a day I need something easy

I actually really enjoy most of Healthy Choice's pre-heat dishes. The meal in particular is very delicious and almost directly replicates a basic, made meal. However, I did give this meal 4 stars simply because being pre-heat, it is not necessarily as good as a hone made meal would normally be.

Yummmyyyyy! I just grabbed this today and I have never tried this before and I must say I'm pretty impressed. The broccoli was very tender, but not mushy. The chicken tasted good and the sauce was nice and creamy. I will definitely be getting this again. The only thing is, it really didn't fill me up as much as I thought it would, so i definitely recommend you have a snack afterwards especially if you have a larger appetite or if you work in a fast paced environment like I do.

i absolutely love the design of the container!! you throw it in the microwave, pour the top into the sauce and mix! it's so simple but works amazingly. everything comes out nice and hot. it's extremely tasty and has a fresh flavor. [product:healthy-choice-grilled-chicken-&-broccoli-alfredo]

This is my go-to lunch, and I've been happy with it for over a year. The last couple of weeks, I've noticed an inordinate amount of stalks have been thrown in to the mix. It might be tolerable if these stalks were edible, but they're like chewing bamboo. I took a picture of today's lunch to show just how many stalks I'm talking about, but there doesn't appear to be a way to upload it on this platform. You'll have to take my word for it.

This was enjoyable. Quick to cook, clean ingredients, and tasted good. I like the steamer basket setup, and being able to use the amount of sauce I choose. Only question is whether these steamer can be considered gluten free if they do not list any gluten containing ingredients, or is there cross-contamination?

I only recently started to notice frozen prepared foods in my frozen freezer section at my local store. When I came across this one, I was highly intrigued because of the low calorie and carb count. I am currently watching my calories and am on keto so I was looking for something quick and easy to eat on the days I do not feel like cooking. The portion size is great in the flavor was even better! All I did was add a tad bit of cayenne pepper to spice it up and I was good to go.

Chicken tasted fresh even though this is a frozen meal bowl. I'm super picky on my broccoli tenderness and this met my standard to an ‘okay' measure. If you're a health guru and looking for something quick, this could be an option, but definitely healthier to just meal prep. Would buy again if I HAD to not if I wanted to.
