The flavor was very bland. The chicken almost had a raw inside texture even though it is fully cooked. And I’m a huge fan of broccoli but this broccoli after being cooked was basically mush and just blended with everything else. I would have loved to seen more sauce as well.

I was perplexed as to what I would do for dinner on my new weight loss program, so these were a life saver! Until I can completely transform my fridge and pantry contents, this is a delicious convenience. Tonight I had it without mixing- in the Alfredo sauce in order to eat even more lean, and it was still delicious! I would love to know the nutrition info of just the Alfredo sauce so I can log/subtract the calorie saving.

I love that this is such a quick dinner option. The directions and preparation are easy to follow. The sauce is very light which I like since it’s supposed to be a simple, healthy option. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a whole lot of flavor and is a little one dimensional. Aside from that this is a great option if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to the classic frozen dinner.

These little meals are seriously the absolute best! I could eat them everyday! They are tasty, not that bad for you, good in the calories department and easy to make! The easy to make is my favorite part! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for less calories!

My.daughter lives this meal. There are nights that I have late meetings. It's easy for her to prepare herself and she loves the way it tastes. I usually added a little extra seasoning but she likes it as is. I would definitely recommend for the busy single mother.

The chicken is mixed with soy so must be pressed chicken breast mixed with other ingredients .... weird there’s not that much of it could you just put unaltered chicken breast. The Alfredo sauce was not thick but a watery gross consistency.... will not buy again ... nothing close to whole healthy food how can someone do chicken and broccoli so poorly

I bought this because I try and find healthier options when I’m busy. This was my first time trying, and it was decent. I like the flor but it needed just a little more and the chicken was very watery. Not moist, watery. I would buy again though for when I’m super busy.

Im a foodie for sure so I'd always prefer fresh delicious food over freezer meals. Im also huge on texture, its JUST as important as taste. Even after being frozen and microwaved the texture still held up very well. It wasn't mushy and overly cooked which I appreciated.

I buy healthy choice a lot. This one is not one of my favorites but I wanted a more healthy choice. I didn't give it 5 stars because it could have been more tasty. This one is easy to take out and put in oven. The broccoli was a little soggy but it tasted pretty. I would buy it again.
