Tasty pieces of chicken breasts with a good Alfredo sauce. The sauce is creamy and lighter in sodium than most frozen meals.

This is great for when I’m doing low carb. I also heat these and serve over pasta or other noodles. Very tasty and the broccoli is nice

the portion size was perfect for 1 person. there’s chicken but little in comparison to the broccoli. the Alfredo is way you expect for a frozen meal
