I am on a low carb diet and this steamer is great! It is so easy and very good! Not alot of frozen foods have a low carb option but this one is!

Alfredo is my favorite dish ever! Very tasty and it has just the right ratio of chicken, broccoli and sauce.

I feel like I eat this at least twice a week. The serving size is big enough to fill you up. I do think it needs a bit more seasoning.
