I really like this. The sauce is light but still flavorful. If you don't mind the calories put this over pasta and feed two people with it. Will for sure buy again.

This meal is good but very small and not filling. Thing is with the calorie count being so low they could easily make the portion size bigger and it would still be low cal. It's only 200-something calories. That's so low for a meal.

This version is much better tasting than the other square meal they have. The chicken in this meal tastes like actual chicken and is much easier to consume and enjoy.

I love this for lunches, I have three little kids so I don't have a lot of time to make myself something to eat. This is a great lunch to have on hand, quick and easy to make. So delicious, the fact it's healthier makes me feel no guilt eating this.

I'm in love with chicken Alfredo! I usually don't go for this type but my taste buds loved it! I truly would enjoy getting this brands pasta again! The flavor and consistency of the food was amazing! 100% would say i'm getting this again. 

Great low carb meal. Chicken wasn't chewy and Everything was cook thoroughly. Has just the right amount of sauce to go with the chicken and broccoli too

This Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was a honestly a good way to add to my protein for the day maintaining low carbs! I work a 12 hour shift so at work this is favorful and easy to warm

For frozen food, I love the taste and texture. It is easy to make and the amount they give is sufficient enough for lunch at work. I lole that the calories are low and the salt is not high. Works for me!!!

Never in my life did I think I'd be willingly searching out freezer meals until I found the healthy choice bowls! Absolutely delicious and a great choice for this busy mom!

This is very good for a healthy frozen meal. Great portion for one, and doesn't taste all dull and Sticky - not dried out. I ate this a lot when I was on a diet
