I liked the taste of this Alfredo a lot better than some other frozen entree options out there. If anything, trying to reduce the sodium content so that this healthy choice would feel like I'm eating more fresh than frozen.

Not something I would buy again. The chicken had a really weird consistency and it had a ton of sodium in it, which I suppose should be expected in a product like this. Just disappointing.

Although I no longer eat meat, I used to love these! Super tasty and all white meat chicken. The chicken doesn't taste rubbery or too dry- which I found to be the case for other brands selling the same dish.

These meals are great when you have a short lunch and are on the go! I feel healthy choice is one of the best frozen food brands out there. I've tried many of these and they have never disappointed.
