They leak!

False advertising - I purchased these two cups for my toddler mainly because the box, and cups were labeled as “spill proof” which is a misleading claim and completely incorrect. By the time I got home and realized that whether I put juice or water the cups leaks. There is a gap between the straw opening and the actual straw size that is due to design rather than defect. Please! PLEASE do not purchase and waste your money there are a lot of products out there who actually serve the purpose. I also contracted the company to file a customer complaint and sent my receipt and everything after an extensive questionnaire they said they are sending replacement “lids” and only for one of the cups but I purchased 2 in the pack I purchased not to mention they WILL not send you the matching color. I wish I could have returned it to the manufacturer not the store, however they do not let you send it back to them. They claim bc you purchased it from Sam's. As a consumer it doesn't matter where you get it from, there is a design issue not a retailer issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are sturdy and easy to clean. However, they are not toddler friendly. I would recommend using them for a five year old or older. A child old enough to engage the locking mechanism, if mot be prepared for a messy leak

2 designs targeted towards little girls but only one for little boys? Not the best marketing decision. Perhaps a neutral 2 pack design and 1 for girls and 1 for boys would have been more wise.

They are really easy for her to use - I love that the straw can be covered for germs. The straw itself is flexible and comfortable to use. It's leak-proof and dishwasher safe which are both great things. They also fit in the car cupholders!

She loves the handle and said she felt like a big girl with her new “coffee” cups. Cleaning is simple and disassembling and reassembling is easy. The convenience of being able to store the straw is very cool but it is a little tricky for a 3 year old at first but she got it down after a day of using it. It fits perfectly in her car seat cup holder. Definitely will be looking at getting her more of these because the design on the cup is so cute and is sort of raised/3D so nice for a quick sensory break.

The leak-proof design is very smart, from the lid to the straw. The cup is not too heavy. Overal, this product feels hight quality. Worth the money and I will continue to support this brand
