False advertising - I purchased these two cups for my toddler mainly because the box, and cups were labeled as “spill proof” which is a misleading claim and completely incorrect. By the time I got home and realized that whether I put juice or water the cups leaks. There is a gap between the straw opening and the actual straw size that is due to design rather than defect. Please! PLEASE do not purchase and waste your money there are a lot of products out there who actually serve the purpose. I also contracted the company to file a customer complaint and sent my receipt and everything after an extensive questionnaire they said they are sending replacement “lids” and only for one of the cups but I purchased 2 in the pack I purchased not to mention they WILL not send you the matching color. I wish I could have returned it to the manufacturer not the store, however they do not let you send it back to them. They claim bc you purchased it from Sam’s. As a consumer it doesn’t matter where you get it from, there is a design issue not a retailer issue.

Not leak-proof! I got it for my twin daughters because it claim it's leak proof. It's constantly leaking. I don’t have the package it came in that's why i don’t return it.

Fantastic purchase

Junk. Be careful abou new products at These big stores. Cute design on the outside but it is only an expensive cup. it doesn't keep anything cold for more than afew hours. The straw concept is cumbersome and if you don't want to use it, There is no other top? Waste of money.

I love that this tumbler can fit inside the carseat cup holder! I love that its spill free as well as able to keep the water relatively cold for a couple hours. My only issue with it was that one of the tumblers was much harder than the other when trying to open the straw to drink. Other than that it was great!

I seen these at the store and my 3yr old wanted them, so I purchased 2 of them seeing that they were 100%leak proof and they were on sale. I do like them but every single one of them leak. i have flipped the gasket over in the lid, still leak. I dont know maybe I got defective ones.

Nice cups. I like that they hold a good amount of liquid, stay cold for a decent amount of time and that the straw goes all the way to the bottom of the cup. My kiddos love them. However, we have found that they do leak, quite a bit if left that way for any length of time. My daughter fell asleep in her carseat with her cup tipped and in the 20 minute drive home she was soaked from the waist down, her carseat was soaked and so was the seat if the truck. These cups will be used for outside and we will stick with our other leak proof straw cups for car rides and inside.

This design is terrible it is not leakproof at all and the slightest tip over it leaks and the straw design is mold central. They are so difficult to clean properly, terrible cup I regret buying these. Want my money back.

The cup is nice, but it is not 100% leakproof. Both cups have leaked several times when the cup has been knocked over. The handle is nice and we like the cup overall. It is light enough for my toddler to carry even when full.
