These are great

We use these for our sports concessions. Did a side by side taste test with old variation and the new one. Great reactions to the new ones. We microwave them on high 2 at a time for two minutes. Came out great.

We definitely miss the old pretzels, too! We're making these work in our concession stand by air-frying four at a time for 5 minutes and then sticking them in a warmer. We spray with butter spray and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar OR shove them into the salt (it won't stick if you simply sprinkle it on!) when someone places an order. They take more time, for sure, but they taste pretty good. We had zero luck using a microwave for these, which is why we switched to using an air fryer.

Please go back to packaging these into the smaller bags of 6, these large bags of 10 are hard to store in smaller freezers.

These are not the same pretzels that you have sold for YEARS! They are being marketed as the old pretzels %26 they are not! They are not the sweet dough pretzels. Nobody likes these ones. We have had many complaints @ our concession stand.

Does not taste as good as few months back. This texture is rough and coarse. No longer the soft pretzels I like

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought these I didn't know the recipe had changed! Not impressed with the new ones AT ALL! I'll be looking for something different to sell!

Bring back the recipe from earlier this summer! These new ones are plain and are not selling at my concession stand. They taste like a plain breadstick instead of a sweet yummy pretzel.

The new style is nasty. No one would ever want these. Bring back the old style which was the best food in the world!

Unfortunately the current pretzels are not the ones we had come to love from Sams Club. The taste and texture has changed and they are very difficult to chew. Had purchased a box, however, returned them to the store very disappointed.
