Not Halal or Kosher. They state that the same Ramen made overseas is Halal and Kosher but U.S. is not. not all packages are clearly labeled and confises the consumer and causes mishaps between the two. other wise it's great flavor.

Yes, these are SPICY. But they are delicious and absolutely the best noodle for the kewpie ramen recipe. I put a beef bouillon cube in the water and only add half of the seasoning packet. So good.

Delicious noodles....a bit too hot for me...so i just use about 1/3 of the spice packet and only 1/2 the noodles as it easily makes 2 servings of the soup for whole package.

These noodles are the absolute best! They are spicy but can be toned down if you add additional water. I love cooking an egg with mine after I've separated the noodles. Delicious!

These are the best made in Korea. The California ones are really salty and I don't like the noodles as much. At the time of purchase Walmart provided the authentic ones made in Korea. YUM
