Delicious, huge, inexpensive, beautiful cake, even better than I hoped. I got another cake from a fancy bakery, and this one was decorated much more beautifully.

The white cake is absolutely delicious. I ordered this cake for a coworker's work anniversary and it was nearly completely demolished from everyone grabbing it lol. Icing is thick and the cake is soft and nicely baked. Perfectly done.

Went in several days with photo for cake. 2 hours before a formal event i was called to they could not do the photo on the cake that i drove an hour to deliver because they will not accept it digitally. I had wait 30 minutes before they answered the phone to approve them to hand write on the cake because they couldn't do the photo because of there equipment. The handwriting look like a two year old wrote it. STAY AWAY FROM THE BAKERY!!! ruined my event

You cannot customize the cake at all! Last year we ordered in person and it was no problem. You can't upload a personal logo so we had to order from Meijer

Misspelled Baptist on my cake and wouldn't refund me because I left with the cake. Of course I was in a rush and didn’t stop to look. I wasn't going to not serve the cake that I opened in front of people. just cut it fast to hide the embarrassment. They were rude and not helpful or apologetic at all. And yes they checked and I spelled it correctly.

I came in a week prior to order, you have no one in the bakery to talk with about ordering because you have everything online only now. I left my name and number with a gentleman and asked him to have someone call me because I had questions which no one ever called. I ended up ordering online, it was very plain, just a boarder with some writing. I picked it up Saturday morning and it looked terrible. It had a sheet that looked like it was printed from a computer on it, it was cut up the middle and pieced together on the cake. When they pieced it together it was overlapping and just looked bad. I have never had a cake come out like this where it wasn’t hand written in icing. The lady that was helping me said it was probably just easier to do it this way. I don’t how someone would look at this after it was done and say yes, this looks great. I had them take it off and fix it which it only took them 10 minutes to do. It was very disappointing. Would not order another one with you unless you change your process. You should have someone there who can take the order and fully understand what customers want on a “custom” cake.
