The Best Of The Best Blower Fans!
The important feature for me about this blower fan is the DC motor. I already have one of Lasko's WhisperForce™ DC Technology equipped tower fans and was extremely impressed with the performance, efficiency, and how quiet it is. For noise, this fan is even quieter than the tower fan that I currently have, which I didn't even think was possible! I live in a very quiet neighborhood and the ambient noise is louder than this fan on the lowest setting. As for wattage, I use a EcoFlow power station to see how much power draw it would take. On the highest setting, speed 9, it uses about 78 watts max. On the low setting, speed 3, it uses about 7 watts. Unfortunately, at fan speeds 1-2 the EcoFlow unit cannot recognize the wattage usage maybe cause the draw is so low. The design is quite nice. There is a little yellow pull and push tab that allows for air flow to widen or become more narrow and is adjustable. The effect is amplified when the speed is increased. This is somewhat similar to your car vent. There is also a timer feature which goes up to 9 hours with a dot light indicating if the timer is active or not. The display does turn off after a few seconds. The cord wrap is a very nice addition as well as the two grounded side plugs for additional fans or light duty equipment. Overall, an excellent fan! The best feature by far is the DC motor's extremely quiet, efficient, and powerful performance!
this fan is the very best fan that i have ever bought and i agree with all the reviews that others have listed . it very quiet even at %234 setting and it puts out plenty of air flow even at lower settings you can feel the air flow 20 ft away , at 4 setting you can bearly hear it running and at high setting it puts out air flow more than 30 ft and it's not that loud and it runs smothly no vibration at all . thank you Sams Club for offering it in your selection of goods. Not as good as my previous Lasko
I believed I was getting an upgrade from the three speed fan that just went out this summer. So disappointed that this fan doesn’t blow near as hard as my old one.

Well, if you don't like that it has a timer on it don't buy it because it has a timer . 7 hours is the most that you can put it at. But sometimes even though you push it for seven hours, it still goes off before and then you gotta get up and turn it back on cause there's no remote. We bought because it puts off a lot of air, but I wouldn't purchase it again. We recommend it to anybody.

We just returned ours. It is NOT worth the $100. I have an old box fan that works better than this. We purchased it for the 65' airflow. Hoping to have it do good in the garage. I'm not exaggerating when I say MAYBE you could feel it at 6'. Definitely not worth the price.

Beyond disappointing
The version before this was perfect. Had it not gone out on us I'd want 10 more to keep as a back up. This new version is ridiculous. 7-9 speeds or hrs of on while not even reaching that. It's frustrating. This fan turns off every 5 seconds. 😕 Yes... 5 seconds. What the heck.

Do Not Buy This Fan
I do not recommend buying this fan. It simply isn't worth the price. The airflow and cooling performance don't come close to what you would expect from a quality utility fan that's designed to keep a room or house cool during the summer. I recently received this fan as a gift, and I was extremely disappointed. The performance is terrible. To get any meaningful airflow, you have to keep it on the highest setting (level 9) almost all the time. Even at its maximum speed, the airflow is so weak that it can't even blow a sheet of paper off a desk or move my window blinds. That's how poor the airflow and blade performance are. I've owned much cheaper fans that produced significantly more air. The digital display and other modern features may look nice, but they add complexity without improving performance. Even worse, taking the fan apart to clean it is a frustrating chore. What should be simple maintenance turns into an unnecessarily complicated process. I highly recommend skipping this model and purchasing its predecessor instead. The older version is significantly more powerful and actually moves air the way a utility fan should. In my opinion, the manufacturer took a great product and ruined it with this redesigned version by focusing on gimmicks instead of performance. Save your money and buy the older model or another quality utility fan. I cannot recommend this one.

I feel deceived and want my money back.
I paid almost $100 for this fan, and after using in for some time I feel deceived and want my money back. While it does run quiet and moves a good amount of air, it will not run continuously for more than 9 hours! There needs to be a warning message on the box that alerts potential buyers that this thing just automatically stops after 9 hours and you have to restart it to get it to run for another 9 hours. And so on and so on. Every god forsaken 9 hours! In my opinion this was not described clearly in the product description. The best I could tell is this design flaw was barely mentioned. It wasn't clear to me what this meant. I assumed it was an optional feature that included a timer, which I think is a good idea, but it was not clear that you couldn't just turn it on and run it until you turn it off. “This utility blower fan is equipped with user-friendly digital controls, a 9-hour auto-off timer, and daisy chain capability to connect up to 6 units for larger jobs.
