Wave Como 6 Person Octagonal Eco Foam Spa

I've had my spa for just over a month now and its a great product. Delivery was quick and i was able to put it together fairly quickly on my own.
I've used it to relax and also rehab after a 26 mile walk (it did help to minimise aches and pains)

We were looking to upgrade from an inflatable hot tub and found these eco foam tubs. Excellent hot tub. Easy set up and install. Arrived earlier than expected. Highly recommend.

Excellent hot tub for the price

I'm very happy with the Como Eco Hot Tub. It retains heat better than the inflatable hot tub I had before, and it's easy to monitor remotely via the app. I own a vacation rental and my guests have been enjoying it without any complaints!

Como 6 person hot tub

Great value. Purchased for my girlfriend. Wasn't sure if i would like it but it has proven to be comfortable and enjoyable to use. I was expecting a large increase in the electric bill, but that didn't happen.

Comfortable to sit in, could have better direction for model installation but good quality, just not happy with 101 degrees needs 104 and it won't get there.

I can't get the temp to 104 it stays at 101

Easily constructed, looks great.  We have used it every night ! Filter works great.  Testing the water has been perfect.  The cover dads a little which can collect rainwater so I would suggest buying addition stuff to place under the cover

Relaxation at its best

I had an inflatable one from wave spa and it was ok in the summer but not so good in the winter.
The insulated one I bought now holds the temp even when its real cold outside. Very pleased

hot tub

Have used it for 3 weeks now and works Great. Heats up faster than I thought it would, leave it at 96 and it will go to 102 in 1 1/2 hours.

Perfect, love my new hot tub, great company to deal with no issues what so ever, delivered very quickly

Beautiful hot tub

First of all, this does NOT fit 6 people. 6 kids perhaps. This hot tub was NOTHING but trouble from the get go. The water level it contains is so low , you’re freezing during the cold weather, it is definitely not for East Coasters. It cannot keep the high temperature once you take the cover off and it’s void out, water temp drops 10 degrees instantly. The low water level prevents from the floater to level the cover which means that you’ll constantly need to go out there and clear snow/rain from accumulating on the cover. 
This had been an ongoing struggle all winter and during rain. You can see in the picture.
Also, there’s constantly issues with the heater, it constantly gets error messages. I had to shove my arm in freezing temps into freezing water to try and adjust stuff in there. A nightmare.
Of course there’s no one to talk to, only emails with an AI reply. It hasn’t even been a year, within one month I stated constantly emailing with problems, but they won’t take it back. 
Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive one from legit companies where you can actually talk to a person. Worse purchase ever.

If I could put zero stars I would

All of our boxes showed up at same time. We put it together in about 30 minutes. We are a family of 4 and it is perfect for us, we love it.  Everything works great good quality. It took about 1 days to reach 104 degrees. If your considering buying one of these hot rubs you should they are amazing.
