Initially had an issue with getting heater to start, realized that it was due to the water level needing to be a lot higher than max line. Once levels of water was right hot tub ran smoothly, then after a few days of use using it with no problem in the hot weather the water temp reached 43 so just had to follow the steps to fix it. We are so far loving it and have had lots of lovely days and evenings in it

We have now had this up for 5 days, but so far so good! It was pretty easy to assemble, and we let the liner sit in the sun for a bit to loosen up, so zipping the pieces together was a breeze. Bubble jets are more powerful than I thought they'd be, and the hot tub heated to 104 overnight. We went with this as a "middle ground" between a fiberglass hot tub and an inflatable hot tub. I wanted portability AND durability, so I'm hopeful this will give us both. Overall, very, very pleased. HOWEVER, 6 people in this tub? Yeah, not really going to be a viable option, but 4 would be just fine. lol

All of our boxes showed up at same time. We put it together in about 30 minutes. We are a family of 4 and it is perfect for us, we love it. Everything works great good quality. It took about 1 days to reach 104 degrees. If your considering buying one of these hot rubs you should they are amazing.

To start: 6 People - No way. 4 adults would very tight. 2 is great. Definitely takes 2 people to assemble (let it steep in the sun to make pliable). Zipper is a challenge. Otherwise works good and is relaxing. This thing weighs over 2K LBS when full. So, make sure your foundation is correct. And it is where you want it.

I really like the look of this hot tub. It wasn't as easy to install as the video. You need to make sure you set the foam blocks just right or you won't be able to zip it up properly. It took us a little while to finally get it to zipper. But other then that it great. I have purchased 2 inflatable hot tubs in the past and this one is so much nicer. It definitely is sturdier. I purchased the energy saver bundle. I haven't received my electric bill yet to see how much the cost of running it is yet. I'm hoping not too much. I would recommend purchasing this if you're thinking about it.

Arrived next day. I'm a 67 year old woman and managed to put it together on my own, but it did take about 40 minutes as I didn't want to rush it. Haven't been able to get WiFi working and there aren't many accessories (headrest, drinks holders ) available at the moment.

This hot tub fits together so tight it is very hard to do. Yes it does not require tools but it does require a lot of strength, patients, extra people. The outer shell and the inner liner have to zip together and it is very difficult to allign to do so. I also don't like the pump shutting off every 20 minutes.

I would love to be writing a lovely review on this hot tub but unfortunately due to the heater malfunctioning on the first day and customer care emailing me the same troubleshooting suggestions I'm stuck with a hot tub that is useless. I have requested a Refund in the allocated time but also have had no success forcing the issue of seeking outside advice for paying for faulty goods

Never were used since the heater was leaking from the time we set up the hut tub, the company has never resolve the issue, poor quality, never buy any product from this company. Very disappointed

First of all, this does NOT fit 6 people. 6 kids perhaps. This hot tub was NOTHING but trouble from the get go. The water level it contains is so low , you're freezing during the cold weather, it is definitely not for East Coasters. It cannot keep the high temperature once you take the cover off and it's void out, water temp drops 10 degrees instantly. The low water level prevents from the floater to level the cover which means that you'll constantly need to go out there and clear snow/rain from accumulating on the cover. This had been an ongoing struggle all winter and during rain. You can see in the picture. Also, there's constantly issues with the heater, it constantly gets error messages. I had to shove my arm in freezing temps into freezing water to try and adjust stuff in there. A nightmare. Of course there's no one to talk to, only emails with an AI reply. It hasn't even been a year, within one month I stated constantly emailing with problems, but they won't take it back. Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive one from legit companies where you can actually talk to a person. Worse purchase ever.
