Believe the testimony. This hot tub was very easy to put together. It ended up being a family project. It is very attractive. I also like that it is moveable without the water.

It fits out garden gazebo well. Convenient with the motor set in the wall Not sure the two filters work that well compared with one but have only just set it up We shall see

Easy set up except for the foam walls. Took me a little time to figure out but no biggie. Came in 6 different boxes all delivered at different times which I thought was a little weird. Set the spa up in about 2 hrs. Plugged it in all all was good until the next day when all the water almost leaked out. Unzipped the liner to look for a hole. Found the fitting near the drain was loose and tightened it. Problem solved. Video shows to check other fittings but not this one. holds heat well and bubbles nicely. I bought the upgraded thermal mat and cover and makes a great difference. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical but the unit does what it's supposed to. Holds temp very well. Putting it together is a bit confusing because as another noted the instructions you aren't for the Como. Took about an hour. No way could you fit 6 adults in it unless stacked vertically. 4 would be pushing it. But as long as you know those things (no hot tub holds as many as they claim) it's great.

Spa works amazing and heats up rather quickly. We averaged about 2degrees an hour upon first fill and heat. Even though it’s been colder the temp has not differed like other we have had in the past that were blow up. Only thing I would have to give bad about it is it is a lot simpler to set up with 2 people. Can be done with one but there are a few things that would be much easier doing with 2 people and the fill hose point for the blow up top could be slightly easier to get to. Other than those things was a pretty simple set up and has done well for us. We use it about 2-3 times a week and have had zero problems

The spa was relatively easy to assemble by myself, which was a pleasant surprise. My one complaint is that neither the printed directions included in the package, nor the online video directions are relevant for this particular spa, which some folks might find frustrating. After you initially fill the assembled spa, it heats up fully to 104 degrees overnight (with the EnergySave Bundle), and it retains heat well while in use. ***Definitely get the EnergySave Bundle - it's well worth the extra money! Regarding size, I would say it would fit four people comfortably, but if you plan on having six people in at the same time, make sure you like them...like, like-like them...a lot! :-D I would highly recommend purchasing some lights for the interior, and also a small step to assist with getting in and out. Overall, it's a great purchase that we use regularly, and I highly recommend it!

We absolutely love our Wave Como foam hot tub! Living in an area with several cats, we were concerned about the risk of punctures with traditional inflatable spas. We also knew that many of those models aren’t well insulated and can be costly to run. Since we don’t have rear access to our property, installing a solid plastic spa wasn’t an option unless we hired a crane—so that was off the table. Discovering the Wave foam spa felt like the perfect solution. It was incredibly easy to set up, feels very sturdy, and offers better insulation than an inflatable model, which helps keep running costs down. Best of all, we have peace of mind knowing it’s far less likely to be damaged by curious neighborhood cats. Highly recommended!
