First of all, this does NOT fit 6 people. 6 kids perhaps. This hot tub was NOTHING but trouble from the get go. The water level it contains is so low , you're freezing during the cold weather, it is definitely not for East Coasters. It cannot keep the high temperature once you take the cover off and it's void out, water temp drops 10 degrees instantly. The low water level prevents from the floater to level the cover which means that you'll constantly need to go out there and clear snow/rain from accumulating on the cover. This had been an ongoing struggle all winter and during rain. You can see in the picture. Also, there's constantly issues with the heater, it constantly gets error messages. I had to shove my arm in freezing temps into freezing water to try and adjust stuff in there. A nightmare. Of course there's no one to talk to, only emails with an AI reply. It hasn't even been a year, within one month I stated constantly emailing with problems, but they won't take it back. Do yourself a favor and buy a more expensive one from legit companies where you can actually talk to a person. Worse purchase ever.

I really like the look of this hot tub. It wasn't as easy to install as the video. You need to make sure you set the foam blocks just right or you won't be able to zip it up properly. It took us a little while to finally get it to zipper. But other then that it great. I have purchased 2 inflatable hot tubs in the past and this one is so much nicer. It definitely is sturdier. I purchased the energy saver bundle. I haven't received my electric bill yet to see how much the cost of running it is yet. I'm hoping not too much. I would recommend purchasing this if you're thinking about it.

All of our boxes showed up at same time. We put it together in about 30 minutes. We are a family of 4 and it is perfect for us, we love it. Everything works great good quality. It took about 1 days to reach 104 degrees. If your considering buying one of these hot rubs you should they are amazing.

Much harder to put together than it suggests and then once together instructions say to remove a panel to put the heater in! Quite a struggle. But once up, it is sturdy, effiecient and we love it!

We've had a couple of inflatable hot tubs before and wanted something a bit sturdier. So far so good. Looks great and like the fact the heater is integrated. Was easy enough to construct too. I managed it on my own with no issue.

Spa works amazing and heats up rather quickly. We averaged about 2degrees an hour upon first fill and heat. Even though it’s been colder the temp has not differed like other we have had in the past that were blow up. Only thing I would have to give bad about it is it is a lot simpler to set up with 2 people. Can be done with one but there are a few things that would be much easier doing with 2 people and the fill hose point for the blow up top could be slightly easier to get to. Other than those things was a pretty simple set up and has done well for us. We use it about 2-3 times a week and have had zero problems

Easy set up except for the foam walls. Took me a little time to figure out but no biggie. Came in 6 different boxes all delivered at different times which I thought was a little weird. Set the spa up in about 2 hrs. Plugged it in all all was good until the next day when all the water almost leaked out. Unzipped the liner to look for a hole. Found the fitting near the drain was loose and tightened it. Problem solved. Video shows to check other fittings but not this one. holds heat well and bubbles nicely. I bought the upgraded thermal mat and cover and makes a great difference. Highly recommended.

It fits out garden gazebo well. Convenient with the motor set in the wall Not sure the two filters work that well compared with one but have only just set it up We shall see

Used for a month and loved it however heater stopped working and the troubleshooting did not work. Waiting for the heater to come but is back ordered. Leads to me believe this is a common problem.

Great size. Use a blow dryer to streach out the inner liner while zipping and you're all good! My second tub from them. Great job. Had an issue an they took care of it with no problem.
