it arrived broken, they sent me a prepaid label i returned it and to this day NEVER received a credit. I called they were checking on it and they never called back. The fan is awesome as i ordered 2 and the 1 i kept works great and quiet.

This is our second fan. Would have given it 5 stars but the newer models seem smaller and the air flow doesn't feel as strong as the first fan we purchased a few years ago.

About 2 years ago I bought 2 of these fans and loved them. I decided to buy another one. This one is a different model number than the first one and it was so noisy that I carried it back.

The motor made so much noise I returned it. I bought a similar Lasco fan about 3 years ago and really liked it. Quality has dropped considerably with the current fans.

Works well, much more quiet than the last one I had. Only concern is the structural endurance of the fan. One bad drop and I don't think the plastic will survive. Overall quality of product seems to be less than adequate. That being said with it just sitting in the same place it works well, moves the air and is rather quiet.

It blows a lot faster and harder than other blow Fans made by the same company they were and are still my favorite fans The price of this fan is outrageous or I would buy one for every room but I really love it I would buy it again definitely I'm making payments because it cost so much It is easy to turn on and absolutely feels wonderful on the scolding hot porch that is hotter than standing outside I'm not sure how it is on electric since the price of electric has gone up I don't know if it's energy efficient I do not run but one fan at a time. It hits your ears pretty hard to where you can't hear very well around you be careful not to hold your head sideways in front of it for a long time it might damage your ears but it is absolutely wonderful . I only wish I could afford more I can't move around It is pretty big almost as wide as my wheelchair so it covers a big area.

Bought this fan for my mother-in-law and she loved it.

Absolutely love it. It was a gift for my husband's birthday. Turning it onto a 2 freezes us out of the room.

Great for keeping a room cool and flooring drying and its quieter than I expected overall pleased with my purchase

We had bought two of these a fews years back but the new ones we just got (3) are now very noisy! Would not bye them again!
