I LOVE shout. I will NEVER purchase it again from Sam's. Your company is such a rip off! I pay for prime membership, but you have increased prices SO MUCH %26 taken away the amount of the product, that is WRONG. To the person who wrote that they will now buy their Shout at Walmart, it's the same as buying it from Sam's. They are the SAME company.

I've been using this for years. It gets all stains out. You spray it on stains, toss in the washing machine, wait at least 15 minutes, and launder as usual. My kids clothes especially get spots sprayed nightly. So many clothes would be ruined without this. Ty

I'm beyond frustrated. I was so upset about this new bottle that I filed a complaint with Shout, only to be told they didn't change the product, Sam's Club did. As a Technician, I know stains, and this GEL is a complete waste of money. It simply doesn't work the same.

For the people complaining about the "smaller size" packaging, IT IS NOT THE SAME PRODUCT. This is the gel, the other was just a spray. All of these reviews with 1 and 2 star need to be removed because the people can't even tell the difference and it's obvious just by looking at the front of the packaging. Good grief.

It's outrageous that someone took the time to look at the sales of the bulk size of SHOUT and think the customers want it in a smaller size :( You know we can just buy the same size from Walmart? Bring back the bulk size and keep it in stock in the store please.

I spent a lot of money in Sam's Club Especially on shout in laundry detergent. It's ridiculous how they went up on the price from $8.98 to $11.98 and then they made the amount smaller. It used to be 150 ounces. now it's 89 ounces total for both bottles? That's ridiculous. I'm really thinking about canceling my Sam's Club membership because a lot of of their stuff and a lot of things that they have been doing has really been making me mad. I pay $100 a year for a plus membership to save money. I can get that same price on that same amount at Walmart actually I can get cheaper at Walmart. Maybe even Winn-Dixie it's probably better for me to get. A membership at BJ's or some other place I spent thousands of dollars weekly at Sam's Club. This is ridiculous.

This isn't better than regular Shout but it's more expensive. I ordered it thinking it was the same thing I always ordered just to find out it's much smaller. Bring back the original!

What is going on with Sam's Club? First they reduced the size of the Gain laundry detergent, and now the price of Shout has gone up for a smaller amount. Very disappointed.

yeah I was reading the reviews and they took it from a gallon to half the size and raise a price so get it on Walmart.com it's the same size 64 Oz and cheaper

Refill size cut in 1/2. Price raised. You can buy the same refill at the sister store, no membership required for 1/2 the price of this. Very disappointed
