Let be original shout before this gel ! The refill was too thick and almost clumpy, hard to get into spray bottle

We're sorry to hear this! While this gel formula is intended to be thick to tackle stubborn stains, clumpy doesn't sound right. We'd love to chat further to best assist you. When you have a moment, give us a call at 1-800-558-5252 (weekdays, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT) and share reference number 23316029. – Brooklyn, SC Johnson Consumer Care

They reduced the amount by more than half and upped the price. I was shocked to see the difference. Disappointed for sure.

just remember there is no inflation

shrinkflation ... great product but to keep the price the same the cut the size, 5 stars on the product itself. 0 stars on ripping us off.

it's not the product. it's Sam's high price and never on sale. I used to be on sale all the time. I've been waiting at least 9 months.

Not worth the extra $

Not as effective as regular shout, especially for large stains, like when your kid falls down, spills juice, etc. Very disappointed in the switch.

Rip off

new packaging - now 2.00 higher and you get only 82 oz instead of 144 oz. And to think we all paid the membership to see this change. Cheaper online

Reduced size from 150 oz to 82 oz and increased price by almost $2. Talk about inflation!! I will be returning this. Somebody figure out the percentage increase on this one. It's astronomical !!
