Live assistance is excellent, i.e. chatting with a client service person. Your AI assistance is horrible. Make it easier to reach a live person.

Difficult to navigate. Unable to download from Fidelity No button to save to pdf only print unless yo go to the Safari site.

Error on adopted child won't albe to fix. Deleted it but it keep come back and unable to e-file. Already paid for state but unable to use.

Basically user friendly, but a lot of bugs require "work arounds" to figure out what program wants, to remove error messages.

Last year Wells Fargo Advisors import was easy. This year I could not get it to work at all. I Entered all data manually.

This year was a challenge. Your experts helped out but there are still items I would like to find out about.
