Turbo Tax is very easy to understand and to follow. Having help available makes me feel more comfortable doing my own taxes. I would recommend it.

Quit trying to upsell me every time I open the Turbo Tax website and stop sending me emails asking me to use the online method to file my taxes.

I used your product and was disappointed by the additional charges that you were required to pay. You guys are really getting greedy!
