Unclear Explainations

No clue what Form 8453 is and why I have to submit it seperately while paying multiple processing fees on top of the actual TurboTax Product.

This version was more difficult to navigate.

This year TT was somewhwat confusing. It did not prompt on Social Security and I had to amend my return.

nickel and dime business practice

I bought the software for $100+ and then you "nickle and dime" me with a $20 fee to file the state return! That is not a wise business practice.

Turbotax needs improvement.

Horrible interface - feels ancient. Shameless marketing practices (upgrades, fees, trying to get you to use online version, guilt-trips etc.)
