Easy to import previous years tax form information and download input data from large financial institutions.

Basically user friendly, but a lot of bugs require "work arounds" to figure out what program wants, to remove error messages.

I have used TurboTax for many years to complete my federal and state tax returns. It has been a useful tool.

Import produced a glitch that requires designation of an s corp for K-1 income pass through. Such s corp doesn't exist

I was not able to attach a 1310 form, therefore I had to print and mail even though I paid for Efile for both returns. Very disappointing.

I am pretty disappointed that turbo tax is charging extra $25 for e-filing in New Jersey for each return. Seems ridiculous.

My only problem was the fact that Turbo couldn't access my Brokerage Acct. I had to go there and transfer the info myself.

Was not as easy as in past years. It should tell you at the beginning not to enter zeros in line items just to leave them blank.

Many items are not transposed, so they have to be manually entered when doing the check. Also, it repeats some questions unnecessarily.
