I have used TurboTax for over 25 years. It gets better every year despite the constant changes in the tax laws.

IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE COMPATiBLE WITH APPLE. I had a hard tine saving it in Apple. I had a hard time searching for the documents.

Was disappointed in the way the stock transactions are handled. Very cumbersome. Some items not fully supported other than stock tranactions.

Could not delete returns started but not finished. Could not call up prior years returns. A disaster, even after going on your help line.

Expert Specialist Johnson was very helpful in downloading MAC OS since I no longer have a window's computer.

Always easy to use and accurate. I needed a little support this time and the Turbo Tax people were there for me. Thanks

I did tax returns professionally for 40+ years. Probably would have a tough time doing them on TT if I hadn't had that experience.

Overall I would say it's easy to use. There are some questions that are difficult to understand unless you have done this before.
