Very disappointed with the new processing fee. Bad decision to make when all your customers are struggling to make ends meet. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 plus years but now I may look at other products.

Filing rejected due to IP PIN not entered. Once done and Accepted, PDF generated still says "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL" Unable to clear this and get a good PDF. Very frustrating.

Turbo tax is the only way that I file my taxes and have been doing so for over 15 years. I love how user friendly and easy it is to complete even complicated long form returns.

It has some weak points, for example it will allow to e-file without an IP Pin, every year my return is rejected because I forget to enter IP Pin and Turbo Tax, won't alert me when doing the review

Uneven. Could not use on-line version because it would not pull in last year's return. Had to purchased more expensive desktop version. Would not pull in Fidelity Investments but did Edward Jones.

Did not care for the new format this year. Background color was black and I had hard time seeing the text. I've using TurboTax and Quicken for 36+ years.

TT generally made filing easy. The Member Audit Defense page was a bit awkward to use as the bottom right was off the screen. Getting Acrobat Reader for free was a plus.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades both when I owned my own business (Home and Business) and now the Premier. Its easy to use, never have had any issues with my returns Federal and State.

I like the desk top version but had to but a new desk top computer that would run Windows 11, did not like that part. I tried the online version and did not like it at all, so that is when I bought the new desktop.

I've been using Turbo Tax for myself and my family for many years. I've never had any issues with the software the interface is easy to use and the reputation of Intuit speaks for itself.
