I ve used TurboTax for alomst 20 years and this is the worst version ever.......Your online assistant is terrible in terms of navigation and accessibilty. Im swithing to HR Block.

QCD entry was not intuitive at all. Need to clean it up. Also no alert that updates were required until I actually tried to transmit the file. Another minus for TT. I'm tempted to try another tax prep product next year.

The UX for entering oinvestment income is still very very poorly done and needs improvement. I get two sets of 1099 composite forms (DIV, INT, etc.) and when I'm presented with items to review, I can't tell which account it's for!

I buy your tax software. Then I have to pay a filing to file my state tax in Colorado, when you can file for free online. You should change this, then I will continue to use Turbo tax. If not there are many other tax soft ware programs out there.

Easy to follow tax preparation along with previous year's review alongside this year's taxes makes it also trustworthy that I am not forgetting anything.

I have used Turbo Tax for for several years and have never had a problem filing out the the information. I have never had a filing problem or audit. Easy to work with and easy to know what documents I needed to successfully file my taxes.

Could not get Audit Defense Payment screen to accept a credit card expiration date higher than 08. My card was 09. I re-checked all my information 4 times. I had to use a different credit card

It would help if you auto filled simple things, like when zip code is put in it fills in city and state. Why do we have to put in bank account info multiple times? It should pull it over; you ask if we would like to store our credit card info.

Have used TurboTax for over 30 years with no issues or conflicts with Federal or State agencies, have always appreciated the ease of use, accuracy and best bang for my buck with the product.

Was disappointed that Turbo Tax failed to import any of my tax data from last year, not even my name. Otherwise, it is an effective and relatively painless way to do taxes.
