TurboTax interface is the most user friendly and complete interface of ANY software that I use. Nothing compares to its completeness and accessibility.

Please fix Turbotax to import combined (both Div & Int) 1099's from C Schwab. After more than 20 years I'll be looking for a tax application that can import all data.

A lot more "clunky" than last year. Had to enter information multiple times. It brought forward information incorrectly and took a lot longer than it should have.

I have twice tried to e-file,but been rejected. The email states that there will be a message about what needs to be corrected. There is no information about what to do when I log into Turbo Tax. What a waste of money to by the Premier version.

I have used Turbo Tax for 30+ years and this is the worst release yet. Things that were easy before were now complicated and visa versa. Was not happy with the product. It also had bugs.

I HATE the newer format for entering investment income (since last year). The old version allowed me to see a nice summary of all entered information that could be easily edited. This version is way too confusing and difficult to navigate.

After filing and getting charged, my file was rejected. The following day I corrected errors that TurboTax did not catch, I was charged a second time to file

AI topic terrible. Search is terrible. whatever question I asked, it doesn't know the answer. I had to ask chatgpt instead and it even give me steps where to enter certain forms.

Overall, for tax filling it was good, but the 2.94% convenience fee for paying your "Federal taxes due" (using a credit card) was not appreciated. I will look around next year for other providers to see if they do the same.

I explained all in my first review of why I didn't want audit review. I'm not going through that again. But keep in mind, this is why my review is going down. Here's another problem. Why do I have to review things twice?
