So much hidden fees!!! By the time I finished all the work BY MYSELF and realize it costs almost the same if I go to a accountant! I purchased Premier for myself and Deluxe for my parents. I literally cannot tell the difference!!!!

I was unable to transfer my last years tax forms to TubroTax because it was saved as a PDF. The software said it transferred but no data was transferred. Can you make it so I and others can save as a tax, or whatever form transfers?

I have been using TurboTax since 2010 with no problems. I am 81 years old and have to call your support line 2 times since then. Program is easy to use, and I automatically get it each year.

Easy to use, uploads 1099 information from major financial institutions and autofills pertinent information to all forms needed. Finds the best tax option for my situation.

Download from Vanguard was a mess. The software would not allow a download using the icon frovidid in the income section. I had to re-enter as a new income source before it would function

Not as good as in previous years. Didn't have the proper routing for reporting expenses for 529 plan. Good thing I went to "Forms." It made a big difference in refunds/amount owed.

Turbotax has issues to download data from finalcial instiutions. it did not work initially then after few weeks it worked then could not press accept button when connected so again had to hand type.

I had terrible experience with import feature. I have multiple accounts with Fidelity, and each account has separate 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, but Turbotax labels imported form based on the bank/broker name, and it overrides each other.

I was absolutely hosed on taxes this year. Really seems like TurboTax gets worse every year and provides no value beyond a method of submission. 3rd year in a row that I've paid taxes.
