Intuit's efforts to increase the complexity of the US tax code are shameful and harmful to your users. I cannot in good conscience offer an endorsement to TurboTax on that basis.

Have used Turbo Tax for as many years as I can remember. Very good product but can be confusing when fixing product found errors in the review of the forms.

Your support individuals are great! I find the program occasionally confusing to navigate. I don't like feeling like I am filing and have not printed first. Put print return before file return.

I have used Turbotax for years and the Desktop version is fanctastic. I have helped others using the online version and it is significantly less intuituve and difficult to use.

I've been a faithful customer since the early '90's. I did run into couple of software loops toward the end. Not normal, I switched IOS 26, SINCE MICROSOFT booted us off of '10.

On-line support very helpful and responsive. However very disappointed that the feature to upload significant supporting documentation is no available via the purchased software as opposed to the on-line.

I asked several times where I could input the IRS number provided for Identity Protection Identification number (IP PIN) and the system never provided me an answer to input this information. It did last year.

Federal was easy to follow and I didn't need any support. State tax was confusing at times. The Turbo tax program kept referring me back to the last input but then didn't let me update anything going forward

If you are unsure, you can just follow the guidance. If you're experienced, you can select what you want to work on. Either way, use what works for you. The follow up for errors is a game changer.

When entering information from w-2's or 1099's, if I choose to enter the information myself stop asking if I want to have Turbo Tax automatically get the information from the source after I answer I want to enter my own information three times.
