Tax calculations seem accurate. Problem for use in desktop mode are constant updates that are slow and sometimes balky, almost as if Intuit is pushing us to more expensive On-Line version.

We have a simple return. We used the import feature for all the companies that have it. One form was missed even though we clicked the box to import it, not sure why. We entered the form manually.

Overall I am very satisfied with TurboTax Premier; I have used it for many years now. Occasionally there are small problems for the user, but this is due more to the complexity of the tax code than to any inherent problems with the software itself.

All went good up until the final payment stage. While entering information for payment, the input screen was sized incorrectly & i had issues getting it to resize to my credit card information in.

The processing of investment option trades downloaded from E*TRADE is inadequate and does not meet basic quality standards. More broadly, the option processing screens are incomplete and fail to account for the full range of possible option states.
