The interface with the guided questions is very simple to use. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. Even entering info from a K-1 shareholder form is today quite easy, whereas a few years ago that was tricky and required some tax knowledge.

I have used Turbo-Tax for over 10 years or more. Each year, doing my taxes seem to get easier and easier to do. I have not had to use the Live chat.

Horrible experience, very confusing and no explanation given on what numbers are requested to enter. Have to print forms multiple times, why, don't know no explanation given. Don't know if it's done correctly.

Difficulty finding the forms I needed to submit with Form 8453, and failed to calculate my estimated state tax payments for 2026 this year. They have always been calculated automatically in the past.

I have used Turbo Tax for decades and this will probably be the last time. It was extremely difficult to navigate. Constantly trying to sell me something. The format sometimes just made no sense.

Unusual problems this year - regarding 529 plans and IRA basis - forced me to use the worksheets directly instead of the usual question-and-answer format.

Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

This year using Premier (like I have for many years) there were several times that I wanted to go back and review a portion of a section (revise at times) but it was not as user friendly as in prior years. That was frustrating.

Turbo tax is getting too pushy with trying to get you to prepare online, and use their experts, and audit protection. If the customer says no, could you please stop bugging them?

The state tax product is horrible. Some dollar figures did not automatically populate, even though TurboTax had all the necessary information. As a result, my state tax took a lot more effort than it should have.
