Been using TT for 10 years and every year it requires re-entry of data previously entered. All years of filing are in same directory, so no in-depth searching necessary. This should be a no-brainer. Explanations also leave a lot to be desired.

Took 4 hours to click each box of my investment transactions to indicate that they are not digital. I don't hold any digital assets. Why can't TurboTax just allow group selection?

The interface seems a bit clunky. And it would be real nice to be able to have a side by side view ot the tax return while you are working on the individual steps.

There was too much time and energy spent trying to sell me additional products, and not just doing what I bought the product for. That made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.

The software seems to be pretty good but t be honest I've never used anyone else's so I can be absolutely sure that it is the best. It seems to have worked for me for the past several years.

I had a lot of trouble with Turbo Tax the past two years. You have changed how you deliver your product to users like me. Three years ago I would have given you a five star rating, but this year it was only a generous three stars.

TurboTax should include support for Form 8621. Not having this support caused a lot of pain to create the forms and also, it did not support e-file due to this.

YOU ASK ME TO SPEND WAY TOO TIME READING YOUR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS. I SIMPLY WANT TO LOLAD MY INFORMATION, PAY MY TAX, GET OFF THIS COMPUTER AND HAVE FUN BUILDING SOMETHING!

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have never had a problem. The ease of importing from prior yer taxes is awesome and saves a lot of manual input.

Everything was fairly straight forward. There was a few things that I had to look up and figure out what they meant. Overall TurboTax was good and I plan to use it next year. I have used TurboTax for many years and I like the program.
