5 stars for DECADES from me but I knocked off 3 stars this year for the "Windows 11 only" decision. NO excuse to make your loyal customers have to buy a Windows 11 license to install your product. I almost said to heck with Intuit. Do better.

This year is the worst experience I have ever had with this product. I am unable to save my document. I see it, but get error messages that the "file does not exist." It has even prevented me from transmitting my return.

I have twice tried to e-file,but been rejected. The email states that there will be a message about what needs to be corrected. There is no information about what to do when I log into Turbo Tax. What a waste of money to by the Premier version.

I was advised by a TurboTax specialist to redo my Tax Return from the OnLine version (Paid for) due to rounding error that could not be rectified, in the DeskTop version for which I had to pay a new fee!.

On-line support very helpful and responsive. However very disappointed that the feature to upload significant supporting documentation is no available via the purchased software as opposed to the on-line.

I am ready to file my state, and it is not letting me enter the month of November for my credit card expiration date to pay for my e-fling fee, very frustating, not happy, will never buy turbo tax again

The software is very easy and self explanatory. Any help required is easily answered by Q&A section (easily searched via google). The interface is very intuitive, and has all the best AI and chat bot features.

Overall good product there seem to be multiple redundancies like Schedule c's being completed multiple times. Either explain the why or reduce the number of repetitive forms

As a first-time user, it was a little daunting to navigate. When filing jointly, It was not made clear that you should enter all w-2 under one name. Once I "experimented", I figured it out. I feel more confident now that I completed the session.

Been using TT for 10 years and every year it requires re-entry of data previously entered. All years of filing are in same directory, so no in-depth searching necessary. This should be a no-brainer. Explanations also leave a lot to be desired.
