I used the Experts twice and was very satisfied with both Experts. Both Experts were very patient and informative and spent a lot of time with me. It was well worth the $60 spent.

The changes on entering Interest and Dividend earnings between the 2024 and 2025 versions slowed me down a lot. The 2025 version was not intuitive and had me do extra work to make my entries.

1, Too many intrusive ads on TurboTax 2025 premier for TurboTax services. Way too intrusive for a paid program. 2. TurboTax did not handle a lump sum payment from TurboTax from Social Security for a previous year correctly.

I've been using TurboTax for many years and each year it has become easier for me to fill in the forms. I feel like the Pop-up boxes provide much better assistance than in previous versions.

The change to how recurring 1099-INT, 1099-DIV is entered was a bit cumbersome. Entering 1099 R inherited Roth took me to a page I had to edit before moving on.

Switched to resident vs online this year for cost savings. Found online is more robust, flows easier and easier to get back where left-off, but comes at higher cost. I guess this means I got what I paid for.

Long time user of Turbotax and I love that the UI is so smooth and if I have any questions I can fall back on the Ask an Expert and/or the local community.

i can't print just state.... then made a mistake and couldn't efile state...it stinks... bad bad .. i am so frustrated i make one change on state and all of sudden it is a mended when i haven't even filed it..

Horrible experience finalizing the tax submission process at the very end. You think you are finished and ready to submit, but no, you will enter your billing information twice! I will definitely look elsewhere next year.
