I tried the shampoo before and while having my braids in, the soft volume moisturizing feeling that the shampoo left in my hair when I was prepping it for braids was absolutely amazing. The smell of spectacular and the consistency was just right it leathered really well in my hands and made my hair feel overall extremely clean. While having my braids, so I like to wash my hair that said this was a great shampoo to help cleanse out all the dirt from the buildup gel and grime of working long hours. My hair gets pretty greasy if I use it daily, so it is best for times when your hair is like straw and needs TLC. If you have dry, damaged hair though, this stuff is thick and creamy and makes hair very moisturize rich.

My only complaint is the SLS in the formula that worsens my acne. Not sure I would repurchase but my hair has been feeling healthy!

I have curly hair and it often gets dried out from dyeing it or bleaching or just everyday life, these were so moisturizing and lovely. The shampoo lathers up great and smells awesome and didn't leave my hair and scalp feeling stripped of all moisture, and the conditioner really quenched my curls and made them soft shiny and bouncy. Also has a lovely soft coconutty scent.
