I thought the cake would be small so I ordered cupcakes, same designs, as well but I happy with both. I love the floral pipping and the beautiful handwritting. Luckily, I was able to get someone at the back to help me get my cake.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered a 10" cake from Sam's bakery and each time, the cake split in the middle. There was a crack about 3 inches long. Since the cake was for me and my family, no one minded that it split apart, but if I had ordered this to give to someone for their birthday or an event, it would have been disappointing to see that the cake split down the middle.

- 2 out of 5 stars review1/30/2026I waited for 5 minutes and no help so i went back there far enough for them to see me so i could talk to them. when i then was griped at “you can't be back here” then they gave me my cake with no writing on it, after i typed what i wanted when i ordered it. no apologies or any sense of customer service. some girl with silver hair, really tall, and in her late 20's.

01302026 - 1 out of 5 stars review9/4/2026Order a different cake. This was the worst one I've ever gotten from a bakery. The icing was already coming off the sides of the cake by the time i got home. They wrote on the cake in print which looked tacky. Do people not write on them in cursive anymore? Next cake I will likely get from Kroger.
