It's curly and i will say, most conditioners won't leave my hair soft nor tangle free, in not sure if it was made to be a detangler or it was a wonderful accident but thank you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not praise this conditioner enough!!!! Where do I even begin? I have been a Pantene girl for as long as I can remember! At least 20 years. I have loved the company and products. Now as a mom (especially to three girls) I always want nothing but the best for my kids. I absolutely love the fact that Pantene has this MEGA bottle of coconut milk and shea butter conditioner ( or what my girls like to call fluffy shampoo) for a number of different reasons. For starters it's a MEGA bottle at a great price!! We all have little “scientists” who like to “experiment” with soaps in the tub and pour and mix stuff at bath time. I love how this bottle is not only big enough to limit them from picking it up, but offers a pump for quick and easy access to get the job done. The smell is absolutely intoxicating and smells like a cross between a bakery and a tropical oasis. Not to mention this conditioner is paraben and dye free (which are both major wins in my book). Not to mention it still finishes hair feeling soft, easily manageable and oh so delightful! I HIGHLY recommend this conditioner! You definitely get your moneys worth!!
