I have a pair of Open Run that other than the band that connects the 2 bone conductors I love. I wanted to try the Open Fit because they didn't have the band. The way the Open Fit sit on the ear is very uncomfortable after a short period of time. I wonder if you tested any with a slightly different angel so they would be bone conducting

I used these inside and they work great. Volume control is a bit tough to use at first but am figuring it out. Did find out you can't wear them in the rain. When the rain drips on the headphones, it starts to turn the volume up or down, depedant on which each the rain is hitting. Also don't like that they are immediately on when I take them out of the case and there is no way to shut them off other than putting them in the case. I took them off when the rain was messing with the sound, closed my audio book app, took them off, put them in my pocekt, and then about 5 minutes later figured out they were still playing even after shutting the audio book app. I had to turn my bluetooth off in order for them to quit playing the book. I guess I need to start carrying the case with me if I want them to shut off.

They stay in place well, sound is good. I'm still able to hear my surroundings without concerns. My biggest issue is the touch sensor. It's difficult at times to find the right spot to pause what you are listening too. But then randomly during running activities it'll the touch sensor will be triggered for no reason, which can be annoying especially if it's skipping to the next chapter or song. I'm not sure if I got a pair that js defective or this is all of them. I, also, own the OpenFit originals and have not had this issue with them.

My fault I came to the bone conduction company and bought the one headset that doesn't feature the only technology they're known for. Feel like the rug was pulled from under me. Sure they sound ok but that's not what I was lead to believe I was buying.

I own a lot of your products. I love them and struggle to wear anything else. All other headphones irritate my ears. These are amazing, but my right earpiece only lasts a couple of hours... and that is bothersome because my others last much longer. If it's just a bad battery, I would understand, but it would be the second time I've has an issue with a Shokz earpiece. You replaced my Shokz Open fit because both earpieces lost quality. I love my open ear... I love Shokz. But the battery charge is troubling.

I like them. The new design makes wearing them without the fear of them falling off my ear and getting damaged or worse even losing them thank you for putting that little bend on these. One thing it would be even nicer if I could customize the EQ like the fits on the app. That's it. These get a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 stars since it is frustrating that they automatically join two of my open devices when I open the charger when in fact I am not necessarily going to use them right away. The only option is to either disconnect and find the devices or unpair every time which I don’t want to do - otherwise this is my 4th or 5th pair of shokz so clearly I am a big fan

Very comfortable to wear. Sound is pretty good with a limit to maximum volume. My major concern is that occasionally when receiving a phone the caller can’t hear me. I’ll hear the caller repeatedly ask if I’m there. The earphones are connected since I can hear them but they don’t hear me. This is a big problem.

My first set of shocks was the open com 2 I loved them i tried these ones and i do not like them at all the right earphone beeps and shuts off after only 2 hours of use i have to put them back in the case and let them sit for 1015 minutes before it will turn back on i wish I'd never bought

At first, I really loved the sound. But, when running in the heat, sweat seems to interfere with the volume controls...volume gets louder and louder or less and less . I've since learned to dry them and that helps. Also, tried to use on a zoom meeting and while everyone could hear me, I couldn't hear anyone else. Computer settings were reviewed to ensure appropriate.
