Not great for induction
Beautiful set aesthetically, but took forever to boil water, heat, fry, or cook anything on my induction cooktop. It just doesn't magnetically connect well with induction. So l, exchanging this set for the $249 tramontia stainless set that has much better reviews for induction cooking.
Not satisfied
I received these as a birthday gift in January and these have been the worse pans I’ve owned. I was so excited to get new pans and everyone of mine are completely stained up and EVERYTHING sticks to the skillets. I’ve never had this problem with my pots and pans. I hand wash them and take care of them but I am so disappointed in these. Maybe I received a faulty set.
Average at best
This cookware is average, if a bit overpriced. Two of the sauté pans lost the nonstick ability soon after purchase - even though handwashed. Would not recommend unless you can find it discounted.
Wedding gift 🤬
Bought this for my daughter's wedding gift. She didn't want to tell me that a pan failed. I guess other pots/pans worked ok but this one was a HUGE fail in my opinion. My daughter didn't want to complain about a gift and that's why I found out months later
We're sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, Noel. Regular maintenance is very essential to the cookware's longevity. Here are some tips to improve your set: 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film. Not the Pan for Eggs!
This is a nice looking set of cookware, but the performance is definitely lacking. The frying pans are absolutely worthless for cooking very simple items - like eggs! Stick, stick, stick! The directions say not to use spray, such as Pam, which I do not. I always use olive oil and/or a little butter. Regardless, I am literally unable to flip an egg without horrible sticking. When making something with a lot of liquid - like a soup - the stock pot works fine. I am currently looking for other frying pans to replace these.

Beautiful but short lifespan
I loved these pans but I was expecting them to last much longer, a couple years in and the nonstick ceramic is failing. My previous name brand set lasted much longer. I care for them as directed so they still look beautiful but no longer function how they should, I was so hopeful.

I originally loved these, but they didn't take long and EVERYTHING stuck to them, even with a little cooking spray. I have induction heat and even though it says they work well, it's only a matter of time. Then paint is also chipping and scraping off really bad and it's bubbling around the handles on the lids. I've never put them in the dishwasher, so I'm assuming the non stick was affected by my induction heat.

I'm getting the WHOLE SET!
I can't wait to get the WHOLE SET! I have had the Member's Mark 5.5-Quart Modern Ceramic Jumbo Cooker for a year. It's so pretty that it stays on my stovetop. It is now the only pan we use b/c very little oil/ butter is needed if any at all. Do NOT use sprays or metal utensils. If you take care of the pans, then they look brand new after a year.
I loved these pans for about the first 4 months. Unfortunately by 6 months old ive had to toss 3 of them out. Everything sticks to them and starts to burn whatever you are cooking even with oil. Then they become absolutely horrible to clean. Not to mention you can see the uneven heat distribution.
These things are awful…
These pots and pans are absolutely awful. I've had them for just over a year and they already need to be replaced. Couple things….they are not “non-stick” every thing sticks. The quality is also awful …the non-stick coating has chipped, the “brass” handles have turned color, and the bottom is deteriorating. If I could give zero stars I would…
We are sorry the cookware set did not meet your expectations, ERICA. Here are a few tips to help. Seasoning creates a temporary oil layer that supplements the ceramic coating’s non-stick properties: 1) Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly to remove all residues. 2) Dry completely with a soft cloth. 3) Apply a thin layer of high-smoke-point oil (e.g., avocado oil, canola oil) to the interior surface using a paper towel. 4) Heat the cookware over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes (avoid high heat, which can damage the ceramic). 5) Turn off the heat and let it cool completely. 6) Wipe off excess oil with a clean paper towel. Repeat this process 2–3 times. If you are still unhappy, please contact Member Support at (888) 301-0332 and they'll do their best to make this right for you.
