Worst suction ever and on a small area rug I had to go over it four times and still did not get all the stuff up. It works ok for light dirt on hard floor but does not do good if it needs to actually suck. It's terrible.

dies quickly... cannot even use on wood floor for quick pick ups. clogs often. WASTE OF MONEY! usually sams has good products. disappointed in their choice to stock this junk

I really wanted to like this vacuum, but it has been nothing but a huge letdown. The suction power is terrible. It can barely pick up crumbs, let alone anything stuck in carpet. The battery life is awful. It takes hours to fully charge, and I'm lucky if I get 25 minutes of use before it dies. For the price, this vacuum is absolutely not worth it. Weak suction, long charge times, short run time… just save your money and buy something else.

I bought this a month ago and knew I was going to like it. Easy install, quick charge, and just a smooth running vacuum. Love that the battery is removable to charge so the vacuum can be put away while charging. Not too lough, great suction. So good bought one for a gift!

The suction is great, easy to use, easy to empty the contents and offers settings for cleaning regular and max. The regular setting has strong suction so I infrequently use max but nice to have the options. The features for the tools allows for using in my car, on my furniture and in hard to get areas. It is a great vacuum! I really like the sage color as I have never had an option to choose a color and that is fun to have have a choice!

This is one of the worst steak vacuums I've ever used. Even my Dustbuster I got for $25 is better than this. When I tell you this thing hardly picks up crumbs, like another person said. The suction is absolutely horrible and the machine itself feels cheap. When you're vacuuming, the suction head flips up in the air and you have to keep making it go back down because it's such thin plastic. There's no weight to keep it on the floor, so every time you vacuum over something uneven it goes up in the air. It's just a cheap filling machine. It looks nice, but that's about it.

I have two shedding pets, and this vacuum handles it like a pro. The pet tool attachments grab hair off rugs, couches, and corners better than anything I've used before. It's lightweight, easy to empty, and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend grabbing one for yourself and one as a gift.

I already have a regular vacuum that I love but this little cordless one has become my go to. It is just so easy to grab when I notice crumbs or dirt somewhere. I do not have to deal with plugging anything in or dragging a big machine around so I end up using it way more than I expected. The different attachments make the vacuum super versatile too. I can switch from cleaning the floors to tackling shelves, baseboards or even the car without feeling like a whole production. The vacuum is lightweight enough that I can carry it around the house with one hand which makes quick cleanups feel like no big deal. The battery charges pretty fast and lasts longer than I thought it would so I am not worried about it dying halfway through. The suction is solid for everyday messes and I have become obsessed with the crevice tool. I use it to get into all the random corners and little spots I usually ignore such as behind furniture, along window tracks and between couch cushions.

I received this as a gift from my sister, and the best way to describe this vacuum is SMOOTH. The operation and suction are incredibly seamless. It works great on hardwood floors and low-pile rugs. I don't have high-pile carpet, so I can't speak to that, but it's an easy 5 stars from me. One of the most practical and best gifts I've received!
