This vacuum worked AMAZING for all of 5 minutes… I fully charged it, started vacuuming and it quickly went from 100 to 67, and then from 67 to shutting off and showing the charger light. I’ve tried getting a replacement battery and I guess that’s not an option. I filed for a return but can’t get the return label and the closest Sam’s store is two hours away. Very frustrating as I wanted to love this vacuum

It’s lightweight easy to assemble and easy to use daily to vacuum dust household debris. Not good for heavy duty suction is decent

This vacuum is no good. I don’t ask much of my vacuum cleaners. I have hard floors, no pets inside I just need it to pick up the little bit of dirt that gets tracked in and some crumbs in the kitchen. It can’t do either of those things. The only way it does work is on turbo and even then it leave stuff behind. I don’t expect a stick vacuum to do great on carpet but it can’t even get crumbs off a hard floor it’s basically worthless

I tried to contact the company to try and purchase a replacement filter and they do not respond to any attempts. We have several animals to where you can only clean a washable filter so many times until you actually need to replace it. The Epro, aka Dirt Devil, company doesn’t even have the decency to respond after you spend $200 on one of their products!

This is one of the worst steak vacuums I’ve ever used. Even my Dustbuster I got for $25 is better than this. When I tell you this thing hardly picks up crumbs, like another person said. The suction is absolutely horrible and the machine itself feels cheap. When you’re vacuuming, the suction head flips up in the air and you have to keep making it go back down because it’s such thin plastic. There’s no weight to keep it on the floor, so every time you vacuum over something uneven it goes up in the air. It’s just a cheap filling machine. It looks nice, but that’s about it.

I REALLY wanted to like this vacuum, but like most people said - and I didn’t listen - it’s just far too weak to pick up anything but the smallest crumbs. And that’s on high!! For some reason they put velvet strips on the roller instead of a brush. I joked that it just tickles the floor… lol!! And don’t even try using on carpet. The only thing you will get out of doing that is mild exercise. Battery doesn’t last long either. I returned the next day.

This vacuum gets the job done, but I'm not in love with the way it maneuvers. It's a bit stiff when maneuvering around furniture and the base of the vacuum that holds the brush roll locks into place frequently, and that became annoying very quickly. It has three speeds, and the battery life decreases by 10% every minute on the highest speed, but this is expected with stick vacuums. The manual indicated that the suction power would not decrease as battery life decreased, but I found that not to be the case for me. Although this was not a deal breaker, I found the vacuum to be a bit on the tall side for me at 5'3". If you vacuum daily, I would not recommend this as your go-to vacuum. But if you want something lightweight and easy to use once in a blue moon, this will get the job done!

Have only used it a couple of times but it keeps giving me the "motor blockage" error so it shuts off completely. Too new to be having this issue. I have tried cleaning all the components as suggested but nothing seems to be working. Will be returning it.

I bought 2 different models of this vacuum last year, looks similar except battery mounting is different. They don't last and the company doesn't honor their 2 year warranty. You can call or email but nobody ever responds. SCAM! The digital readouts went bad in 6 months and a motor in a year with very light use. Don't waste your money, buy a name brand that actually gets tested for durability.
