I have two shedding pets, and this vacuum handles it like a pro. The pet tool attachments grab hair off rugs, couches, and corners better than anything I’ve used before. It’s lightweight, easy to empty, and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend grabbing one for yourself and one as a gift.

I really wanted to like this vacuum, but it has been nothing but a huge letdown. The suction power is terrible. It can barely pick up crumbs, let alone anything stuck in carpet. The battery life is awful. It takes hours to fully charge, and I’m lucky if I get 25 minutes of use before it dies. For the price, this vacuum is absolutely not worth it. Weak suction, long charge times, short run time… just save your money and buy something else.

Suction is mediocre. You have to vacuum the same area 3-4x in order for it to pickup the crumbs on a hard surface. It doesn’t do well on area rugs either. I have a Shark and this doesn’t compare. I’ll be returning the product. Highly dissatisfied.

I REALLY wanted to like this vacuum, but like most people said - and I didn’t listen - it’s just far too weak to pick up anything but the smallest crumbs. And that’s on high!! For some reason they put velvet strips on the roller instead of a brush. I joked that it just tickles the floor… lol!! And don’t even try using on carpet. The only thing you will get out of doing that is mild exercise. Battery doesn’t last long either. I returned the next day.

i bought this on sale and thought i was getting a great deal due to positive reviews but this thing loses charge super fast and barely picks up anything. i returned it, not a great product.

Would not repurchase. Doesn’t slide over tile well at all. Kinda rough to push . Takes forever to charge. Front of vac constantly needs to be manually moved downwards as it flips up alot. Not the best design. You get what you pay for.

Nice enough Stick Vac. Battery has shirt run time on high. Battery won't charge. 4 emails and 4 phone calls with ZERO response. Research is that the Battery has been discontinued.

I bought it on sale for 80$, it's not worth it, hard to keep the head vacuum on the floor, sams club, please return the product to the manufactur

My home is all tile so that may reflect a different opinion as tile is much easier to vacuum. I always use normal mode to vacuum a 2300 sq ft house. At first the unit was stiff and hard to maneuver and change out batteries. Over time this became very easy. For a heavy clean I use 75% of a battery charge. Having the second battery is nice. At first emptying the dust bin was messy but once you get used to it not a big deal. At a price 0f $99 this is a bargain. Is it a Dyson, no but at hundreds of dollars less it certainly was a good deal.

This vacuum is no good. I don’t ask much of my vacuum cleaners. I have hard floors, no pets inside I just need it to pick up the little bit of dirt that gets tracked in and some crumbs in the kitchen. It can’t do either of those things. The only way it does work is on turbo and even then it leave stuff behind. I don’t expect a stick vacuum to do great on carpet but it can’t even get crumbs off a hard floor it’s basically worthless
