I tried to contact the company to try and purchase a replacement filter and they do not respond to any attempts. We have several animals to where you can only clean a washable filter so many times until you actually need to replace it. The Epro, aka Dirt Devil, company doesn’t even have the decency to respond after you spend $200 on one of their products!

It’s lightweight easy to assemble and easy to use daily to vacuum dust household debris. Not good for heavy duty suction is decent

Nice enough Stick Vac. Battery has shirt run time on high. Battery won't charge. 4 emails and 4 phone calls with ZERO response. Research is that the Battery has been discontinued.

dies quickly... cannot even use on wood floor for quick pick ups. clogs often. WASTE OF MONEY! usually sams has good products. disappointed in their choice to stock this junk

This vacuum gets the job done, but I'm not in love with the way it maneuvers. It's a bit stiff when maneuvering around furniture and the base of the vacuum that holds the brush roll locks into place frequently, and that became annoying very quickly. It has three speeds, and the battery life decreases by 10% every minute on the highest speed, but this is expected with stick vacuums. The manual indicated that the suction power would not decrease as battery life decreased, but I found that not to be the case for me. Although this was not a deal breaker, I found the vacuum to be a bit on the tall side for me at 5'3". If you vacuum daily, I would not recommend this as your go-to vacuum. But if you want something lightweight and easy to use once in a blue moon, this will get the job done!

ePro Select Cordless Stick Vacuum delivers impressive high-powered suction that easily picks up dirt, dust, and pet hair in one pass. I love the up to 50 minutes of rechargeable battery runtime and the bendable feature of the wand, which makes full-home cleanups quick and convenient without stopping to recharge. The midnight blue color gives it a sleek, modern look that feels premium. It's an efficient, powerful cordless vaccum that I've ever had.

I absolutely love the suction on this vacuum, seems to just glide on the floor, i have tile and hardwood with rugs in my home, and this vacuum dose the trick to pick up the smallest dust bunnies, the only down side is how long it takes to charge, it can be quite long but the run time is great I finished my whole house with battery to spare.

I was looking at Dyson and Shark, but decided to try this ePro instead. I'm glad I did. It feels premium, the battery life is solid (I can do my whole apartment on one charge), and the suction power on high mode is excellent. Why spend $500 when this does the exact same job? A solid purchase.

This E Pro Select cordless stick vacuum has quickly become my favorite and one of the best vacuums I’ve ever owned. It does an amazing job picking up dirt from carpets—I was honestly shocked by how much hidden dirt it pulled out. Powerful, easy to use, and very effective. I highly recommend it!
