Nexgrill Griddle

It is a very good griddle. The quality is great. It comes with a cover which was a plus for me. The side shelves can be placed up or down which is very useful for storing. The only issue I had was the instructions for assembling it are a little hard to understand in some spots but with a little thought you can figure it out.

Four Months, 30 Contacts, Still No Resolution

I purchased a Nexgrill Daytona Pro griddle from Sam's Club that was delivered defective on May 1, 2026. It has now been more than four months, and I am still trying to get this resolved. Between Sam's Club and Nexgrill, I have made more than 30 calls and exchanged messages. The most frustrating part is that Sam's Club still cannot arrange for a carrier to pick up the defective griddle. Three different carrier companies have been involved, and it is still sitting here. I understand that products can arrive with defects. What I cannot accept is having to spend months chasing a retailer to handle the return.     Easy to put together

    Haven't used yet but can't find the piece to install the chain. Other than that, it was easy to follow instructions.

    Seasoning

    It appears that the burners are set back from the front edge that makes it difficult to heat up during the draining process
