TurboTax is consistently a dependable tool.

I have used Turbo Tax for years, now I am disappointed with the e-file procedures.

Tubo Tax is awesome!

Intuit has gotten greedy without informing the customers.  

I volunteer for friends and family to do their taxes for them.  It is a gift to them from me.   Now Intuit decided to charge not just for the tax program, but for every return I generate.  Very disappointing.

No i am never again recommending Intuit tax programs.   Thankfully income taxes are soon a thing of the past

Intuit has been my go to tax program for the last.

Works as adertised but appears more complicated each year. Intuit has also added a fat filing fee of up to $60. We plan to try another tax filing option next tax year.
