Upon trying to load the software I realized there was no QR code or any form of downloading the software. I now need to go back to the store to see what is missing.

Forgot to check box for state tax e file, so it was rejected. Felt like I was going around in circles trying to correct it. Still not sure I got the error corrected

I have used turbo tax for many years and it is always very user friendly and easy to complete. This year they added free efile for my state return as an unexpected bonus.

I asked for the physical package and received the download package. How could someone tell you this is what you wanted when it was not, I am way too gullible.

It was great. For my case, it seemed very thorough. I loaded the software and completed my taxes in one sitting.

Why did I NOT purchase this Product a few yrs ago ! Simple to use, it literally checks what you input and directs you. Fast return !

Glitchy on MacBook. Unpredictable behavior.
