Thought these pillows would stay firm but they don’t hold their shape

Took then out of the box and they stayed flat. I can't even use them. Waste of money.

Wouldn't inflate flat pillows I can't use

I bought the blue version before. This time the same pair of pillows but with the pinkish cloud pattern case. I found it was stiffer than the first one I had. I have to use it as a seat cushion because it is too thick and firm for my comfort. My neck hurts when I use it and I sleep on my back and side usually.
