I order 2 sets for me and my daughter. Ther come rolled up. When opening them, they are cool to the touch. Set them out separately and flat so that they can fill out and take it's form. They are comfortable to sleep on. I like them.

i havent noticed any cooling effects but i put a pillowcase on it. It does conform to my neck/shoulder which I love. Had a hard time finding a pillow that doesn't hurt my neck. Glad I got 2 %26 i'd buy it again.

This pillow is the perfect night . I have a two level fusion and needed something that wasn’t to high or bulky. Excellent for the price. I kept one and gave the other to my granddaughter.

I love the softness of the cover and the fact that it is removable and washable. The pillows themselves are exactly what my neck needed for a good night's sleep.

So my aunt got me a pink one about two years ago and I just took the case off to wash it and the foam was dark blue and purple when the original foam was light blue and it smells weird (I haven't used it in a while).

these pillows stay cold for a great night sleep. they form to your head and neck for comfort but fluff back up immediately when you get up to its natural form. very comfortable i recommend to anyone

these are my most absolute favorite pillows. I cleared all of my other pillows off of my bed and only use these 2. they are perfect for a side and stomach sleeper like me. Not too thin and not too bulky. Very soft and comfortable

Took a star away because when I took cover off to wash, unused pillow, there were gouges in pillow foam. Not enough to send back, but wondering how it will hold up long term with a defect already there.
