i dont know hows in charge of packaging orders but i was not at all please with what i received. especially with ordering pillows like this that are made of memory foam i feel like they should be placed flat in a box. i received my 2 pillows rolled up in a little box and they are flatter than paper is the best way to describe it and idk what to do to fix them but i am highly upset and want to know where i can file a complaint. i was so excited for these pillows as i had seen them in store one time but that was the only time so i decided to order them.

I purchased these 2 for my grandson. HIGHLY disappointed! They did NOT fluff up, at all! Now I can't return them because he tried sleeping on one! It's been plenty of time to fluff, and hasn't! My daughter bought me 2 a few months ago, and the fluffed as they were suppose to! Not these I just purchased! So embarrassing as they were a gift for my 9 year old grandson, GRR!!

I would not recommend buying online. The pillows were flat as a board and so I let them sit for 8 hours out of the case and they were still extremely flat like 1/2 inch flat when they are suppose to be 5 inches. Had to stretch and pull apart to get it to some what foam out…. Better off just buying in the store. But shipping was fast which was nice

These are my FAVORITE pillows ever! I bought some back about 3 years ago and I’m still using them, but I also just bought 2 more. I don’t put extra pillow cases on them because then it will take away the coolness part. I have even got my family members to buy them that’s how amazing they are.

These pillows are pricey at the store so I apperciate the value these 2 pack offers. The sizing is more of a standard pillow vs Queen size but perfect for my 3.5yo who absolutely loves his. He complains other pillows get to warm but this one is a cold pillow.

Overall the pillow is good. These are my honest comments... The purple zippered pillow case is made of 92% Nylon and 8% Spandex. This gives the pillow a comfy smooth feeling and yes, the pillow case does feel cool to the touch. Since the case smelled like polyurethane, I unzippered the pillow case put them in the washer on a short gentle cycle and then hung to dry which was fast. My only real complaint is the smell of the foam, which I hope dissipates over time. Also, I had to return my initial order since the foam on the pillow had a lot of surface inconsistencies, such as holes and many indentations in the foam which caused the surface with the pillow case to feel not so smoothy and comfy. My second order was much better.

Taking off the zippered cover and letting the pillow sit for 2 or 3 days got rid of the chemical smell nearly completely. After a few weeks I don't smell anything at all anymore. I've noticed other people with this issue as well. Do this and I don't think you'll have problem. I have 2 of these pillows for myself and my 2 kids have them also. I did the same thing to all of these pillows and it's worked out great! It's been 6 months since my 1st one and I can't help to buy one when I see it. I've have $100 pillows that aren't as comfortable as these. That "My Pillow" on TV sucks compared to these,but everyone likes a different feel. Amazon wants around $50 for these. $20 from Walmart is a no brainer.

The past few years I've been researching a few different pillows for my kids, they were due for a new one. But it's been so hard to find a decent pillow for the middle 2 boys we have. I've tried so many stores and so many brands. I randomly read about these 2 by Imaginarium and kept an eye on it and finally decided to purchase it. I gave it a try and was already prepared to hear back how uncomfortable these were but nope my kids are not giving up these pillows. In fact, every night I see them comfortable snoozing away on these 2 pillows. In fact, when visiting grandparents they are asking to take their pillows with them as they are their favorite pillows ever (their own words!!). I love how they are different colors(cotton candy look) and fun to look at, making them unique and stand out from others on the market. But what makes them worth a lot more is the fact they are memory foam! These pillows fit comfortably in a queen size pillow case, which works for us as the boys have queen size beds. Based on my boys experience, I would highly recommend these and plan to get 2 more for my oldest and youngest son! It's challenging to find a quality pillow, but these are a keeper in our books!

about these for my son a couple years ago and he absolutely loves it and I finally gave in when I saw them on clearance and got one for me and my husband and they are the best pillows ever. The feel and the fact that they help you stay cool at night is awesome for my premenopausal self. 🤣🤣🤣

I can not begin to tell you how much I love this pillow! I have very severe arthritic degeneration in my neck and shoulders, actually throughout my whole body. Over the years, I have purchased quite a few pillows and have never been pleased with them. None of them offered my neck relief. So I kept on using my very old egg crate foam pillow (not to worry because I did keep one of those mite repelling pillowcase covers on it) until this old pillow finally just gave up, meaning the foam was just breaking all apart and I had no choice but to buy a new pillow. After reading many comments on a social media platform trying to find out what pillows were popular for people with neck pain, I came away with being more confused than ever. One person can love one pillow but the next person will pipe up and say they tried that pillow and hated it. It doesnt help that some pillows are extremely expensive, just too expensive to try and possibly throw your money away if you are not happy with it. I saw this pillow at Walmart and thought it felt interesting but I did not buy it. I was just leery after all the bad pillows I have purchased in the past. But then shortly afterwards is when my old pillow broke apart so I had no choice but to buy a new pillow and I figured I would go ahead and order this pillow and try it. So so so glad that I did! Honestly, and I do mean honestly, I can not begin to tell you how this has changed my sleeping! My neck is no longer hurting while sleeping and I am no longer waking up with my daily headache. It has been just over one month since I started using this pillow and now I look forward to going to sleep! Whereas before, I dreaded going to sleep. I call this a magical pillow because it just knows how far down your head should depress the pillow to create your comfort zone. This pillow cradles the head and neck absolutely perfectly. It is fun to raise my head up and I can feel the pillow instantly puff up again just so I can lay my head back down and feel that comfort starting all over again. Aaahhhhhh! An added piece of comfort, at least to me, is using a satin pillowcase cover. This feels like luxury! Between this pillow and the satin pillowcase cover, I can imagine its just like what sleeping in heaven would be like. This truly is like no other pillow I have ever tried. I am so glad I ordered two pillows just to have an extra in case, heaven forbid, something happens to the pillow I am using.
